A timeless holiday classic based on E.T.A. Hoffmann’s story. For over 40 years, our unique Nutcracker has been a cherished tradition on the Ridge. Join us at the Paradise Performing Arts Center and share the magic this holiday season!
The Nutcracker tells the magical story of Clara, a young girl who receives a wooden Nutcracker on Christmas Eve. After a battle with the Mouse Queen, her Nutcracker transforms into a prince and leads her on a wondrous journey through the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of Sweets, where they encounter delightful divertissements from around the world.
Northern California Ballet’s production in Paradise brings this beloved holiday tale to life with local dancers, handcrafted costumes, and enchanting choreography unique to our company. A tradition on the Ridge for over 40 years, it captures the heart of our community and invites audiences of all ages to step into the magic of the season.
